LeadersTM is a legally formed non-profit, nongovernmental organization, in the form of an association and is settled in Romania, Timişoara.

          OUR VISION: ”Developing organizations by empowering people”. OUR MISSION: To give managers of organizations opportunities and new approaches to empower employees in being individual players, leaders and entrepreneurs, by showing them how to focus on the basics of the “business” they are in.

         OUR ACTIVITIES: Based on our vision to develop organizations by empowering people, we, as team of LeadersTM, believe that organizations can be more successful by focusing on their employees. We also believe that, no matter what the legal form of an organization is: profit, not for profit, governmental or nongovernmental, approaching the basics of the business will deliver the wanted results for the organization. We aim to lead and guide our clients in discovering ways to improve their organizations based on their own perspectives and views. Our approach towards the development of the organizations is based on concepts of individual self-management and self-steering: self-awareness, personal management, motivation and entrepreneurship are some competencies that support that.

         Our vision and mission are also based on believing that each person can be a value creator for the organization. This being said, we will dedicate our time and energy to help organizations deliver motivated self managers and entrepreneurs in order to take our clients organizations steps further towards their goals.

         OUR OBJECTIVES On the long term, our objectives are • To be the (inter)national recognized partner for organizations who desire to become better in what they do. • To offer support and services for all types of organizations, creating and being perceived as added value. • To change the way consultancy is perceived; from a tool provider to a partner and player in the change process within the organization. OUR TARGET GROUPS:

          The generic target group we aim at with our “Back to business” services are all organizations, belonging to profit and not for profit sector.
